Heating Instructions:
* Make sure use butcher paper on your heat press pad, in-between front and back of the shirt, and on top of your design to protect the heat plate of your heat press.
* A heading pad/pillow is recommended for inside the shirt, under the white part only (this lifts the white part, so you don't have discoloration on the color part)
* Press designs for 60 seconds at 385
* NOTE: The color is sublimated on these shirt to give them the bleached look and is heat activated.
